Collector Code

This section explains the main modules used in the Admin Portal to set up collection-related data, monitor daily SOA downloads, review customer SOA records, and track collected payments.

Overview

The Collector Code module is used to create and manage the collection area codes or assignment codes used in the system.

Each code can be tagged to a collector profile so that when the collector logs in to MPOS and downloads SOAs and invoices, the system only provides the records assigned to that collector’s code.

Purpose

The purpose of this module is to control and organize which customer accounts are assigned to each collector.

It helps ensure that collectors only download and work on the SOAs and invoices that belong to their assigned area or collection group.

• Create a new collector code or area code

• View the list of existing collector codes

• Edit or update collector code details

• Remove unused collector codes

• Use collector codes as the basis for account assignment in MPOS
