The primary purpose of the Kitchen Display System (KDS) is to display all orders from the POS system to the kitchen, providing a clear view for the chef. Each order is categorized to ensure it appears correctly on the KDS, facilitating effective and efficient order management in the kitchen. For assistance with using this feature, please coordinate with your account manager.
Click the available Kitchen Monitoring Devices buttons located in the Functions. Product categories will be tagged in the admin portal, and it depends on which KDS they will be displayed.
Note: This feature is typically used in the Food and Beverage industry.
