Purpose

Collection MPOS is used to record payments received from customers that are not part of regular sales transactions.

For example, if a customer previously purchased on credit and comes back to pay their balance, the payment is recorded under Collection MPOS.

This module is mainly used by memorial parks and service-related businesses, where customers often make installment or partial payments over time.

It can also be used by staff who collect payments outside the office (field collection). Once the payment is recorded in Collection MPOS, it becomes easier to track and reconcile the total collections.

📝 Main Purpose:

• To record customer payments, such as:

  • Full or partial payments of previous credit or receivables

  • Down payments

  • Payments collected during deliveries or field visits

• To separate collection transactions from regular sales transactions.

• To make cash reconciliation and reporting more accurate and organized.
