Payment Options

After selecting orders, you may use the Charge or Payment buttons.

  • The Charge button is commonly used in the food and beverage industry, especially in restaurants. It is designed for situations where orders are taken first and payment is processed later. To use this button, you will need client information or table numbers then click the button.

  1. For customer name tagging - the user can backtrack the transaction using the Transactions button in the Footer section.

  2. For Table number tagging - the user can backtrack the transaction using the Tables button, also found in the Footer section.

  • The "Payment" button is used to finalize and settle the transaction.

The Payment button is divided into three sections:

  1. Multi-payments option: Here, the staff will manually input the payment amount based on the customer's chosen payment method. The available payment options can be added on the Admin portal.

  2. Quick Amounts: The selected amount here is automatically inserted into the Multi-payments option.

  3. Computation of transactions: This section calculates the total of the client's transactions.

Below these sections, additional buttons allow the client to choose their payment preference, including, Partial Payment, Order Tracking (Pay Later), Pay Now, and Pay Now + Receipt.

After processing the orders, review the transactions by clicking the Transactions button in the Footer section.

  • Header: Here, you may search for transactions by filtering details such as date range, SI/OR, customer name, and payment status.

  • Transaction Tabs: Transactions are categorized under different tabs:

    • POS Order Tab: Displays transactions from the POS system.

    • Has Balance Tab: Shows transactions with a pending balance.

    • Other Tabs: Display transactions related to the messenger store.

  • Transactions: This section provides a summary of the transaction details. Depending on the type of transaction, you may also have access to additional buttons for further actions.

Below are sample transactions to illustrate the different actions you may use:

Transaction 1: Charged transaction

  • Load - This button will load the orders in the Cart Section.

  • Printer Icon - Use this icon to print the bill of the transaction.

  • Delete Icon - Click this icon to cancel the charged transaction. Input the login credentials of the authorized personnel to proceed.

Transaction 2: Regular transaction

  • ASSMBLR - Print the assemblr’s copy of the transaction. (Assmblr copy pic)

  • Reprint - This button will reprint the transaction. (Reprinted transaction pic)

Transaction 3: Voided Transaction

  • Once the transaction is voided, you cannot reprint the voided receipt, however, you can review the voided transactions in the admin portal.

Transaction 4: Transaction with table number

  • The table number associated with the transaction is visible under the customer details.
