Make the collection process faster, easier, and more organized. It gives collectors access to the latest customer account data and helps them record collections properly while they are in the field.

What is MPOS?

Mobile Collection POS (MPOS) is a mobile collection system made by Clibase Tech for business with collection process.

It helps collectors do their daily collection work more easily. Using MPOS, collectors can download customer Statements of Account (SOA), collect payments, print receipts, and print end-of-day reports.

PSCloud (Client Server) → Clibase Tech → Mobile POS

How MPOS Works

The process is simple:

1. PSCloud is the main server that stores customer SOAs and invoice records.

2. Clibase Tech connects to PSCloud through REST API and downloads the latest SOA and invoice data using scheduled services.

3. Every day, the collector logs in to MPOS before starting field collection.

4. The collector clicks the “Download SOA” button to download all active SOAs and invoices due for collection for the day.

5. After downloading, the collector can visit customers, collect payments, and print receipts.

6. At the end of the day, the collector returns to the office and clicks “Upload Payments” in MPOS to upload all collected payments to Clibase Tech, which then syncs the payment data to PSCloud.

7. Once the upload is complete, the collector can print the required reports for daily submission and reconciliation.

Daily collector flow

A normal daily flow is:

Log in to MPOS → Download SOA → Collect payments → Print receipts → Return to office → Print reports → Remit cash

After collection, the collector may print the following:

• Collection Report

• X-Reading

• Z-Reading

Important note

• PSCloud is the master source of SOA and invoice records.

• Clibase Tech serves as the bridge that downloads and provides the data to MPOS.

• MPOS is the mobile tool used by collectors for daily collection activities.
