Session timers track the duration of a client's activity or session within a system, depending on the service they have availed. To utilize this feature, please coordinate with your account manager.

Click the available Session Timer Monitoring Devices buttons located in the Functions. Service categories will be tagged in the admin portal, and will depend on which Session timer device they will be displayed.

The session timer also has three (3) levels that will categorize the time spent on the service availed:

Note: The color coding of the levels except Ended Already will be decided by the business owner.

  • Just Started - This indicates a service has been transacted on the POS.

  • Half-time - It means that half the time on the service has already passed.

  • Near to End - This signifies the service is nearing an end.

  • Ended Already - A default level that indicates that the service has already ended.

  • Open Time - commonly known as "running time" is a service setup that allows the client to track their time on the service.

The image below shows the user interface of the session timer. Availed services are displayed with the client's name, duration, start and end time, timer status, and timer per service.

  • Print Slip - to print an assmblrs copy

  • Late Out - the session is done already and can be removed from the system

  • Early out - the session is ongoing and can be removed from the system
