Reservation Scheduler

A reservation scheduler is a tool or system used by businesses, particularly those in the service industry, to manage and organize reservations or appointments using the messenger store. This button allows customers to easily schedule their desired dates and times. It also efficiently manages the availability of staff, equipment, or facilities based on reservation bookings. To activate this feature, please coordinate with your account manager.
Header
The header of the RSVN Scheduler or Reservation Scheduler showcases essential information including the staff member who is logged in, the status of the client's reservation, and available buttons. Below that, the timeline is organized, allowing the staff to manage reservations.

Click the
button to view bookings made by clients online.
Resource: This is where you choose the location where the client will receive the service.
Staff: Select the staff member who will provide the service to the client.
System Status: These indicate the reservation status and are color-coded for easy reference. Additional status include 'Draft,' indicating the booking is still in the 'Online Booking' stage, and 'System Cancelled,' which will be automatically used when clients haven't paid or their down payment time has expired.

Action - Click button to plot the booking on the calendar.


Click the
button to initiate the manual booking process. You will be directed to the customer profile. Enter the client's name and the booking details under the New Booking tab.

Once confirmed, navigate to the Reservations tab. You can search for the booking date to view the details.

Reload Data - Click the
button to refresh the RSVN Scheduler.
Display
The staff may choose to view the timeline by day, week, or month. Available staff are also displayed with their schedule on the left side of the screen.
