Taxpayer eAccreg Registration

This section is your step-by-step guide to complete the taxpayers BIR eACCREG POS registration and submission requirements.

Important timeline: After you complete Step 1 (eACCREG enrollment), BIR usually gives only up to 3 days for you to submit the required documents to your BIR RDO. Don’t delay Steps 2–3. Step 1 — Enroll in BIR eACCREG (Online)

Important reminders before/after submitting:

  • After filling up the form, take a screenshot of the entire completed form (backup in case of errors).

  • After clicking Submit, save/screenshot the Transaction Number.

  • After submission, BIR will send an email for Initial Online Registration. Note: This is NOT yet an approval.

⚠️ Deadline reminder: BIR typically allows only within 3 days after Step 1 for you to submit the required documents.


Step 2 — Fill Up and Notarize the Required Documents

  • Fill up the correct form based on your business type:

    • CorporationSecretary Certificate

    • Sole ProprietorshipDuly Notarized Letter

  • You need to prepare and submit these documents:

    • Sworn Declaration

    • Affidavit of User

    • Secretary Certificate or Duly Notarized Letter

    • Certificate of POS Accreditation

    • Application for Registration of Sales Machine (will be sent via Viber group)


Step 3 — Optional Document Checking, Then Submit to Your BIR RDO

Before notarization, you may request Clibase Customer Support to validate/check your filled-out documents.

After validation:

  1. Have the documents notarized and make photocopies

  2. Submit them to your nearest/local BIR RDO

⚠️ Reminder: BIR typically gives only 3 days after Step 1 for document submission. Also, if your eACCREG registration is not yet approved, you may not be able to log in immediately—this can happen, so continue preparing and submitting your documents on time.


Step 4 — Once Approved, Request Assistance for PTU Printing

When you receive the BIR email confirming Approval of Registration, inform Clibase Customer Support so they can assist you in printing the PTU.


Step 5 — Fill Out and Display the Decals + PTU

Fill out the Decals (either):

  • Digitally, or

  • Handwritten using a pentel pen

Then:

  • Laminate the decals to make them durable

  • Display the Decals together with the PTU inside the establishment

Step 6 — Apply SPM for Other Devices (Required)

For Order Taking Devices, Offline Servers, and Kitchen Display systems, it is required to apply SPM as well.
